Returns will be accepted if there is a genuine fault with the art or manufacturing itself.
Returns are valid for 7 days after receiving the item.
A video or photo of the fault shown when unpacked attached to an E-Mail when reporting a fault is required.

We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind or don’t like the colour.

We will not accept returns if you have placed your art outside exposed to the sun and rain.
The Sun will fade the colouring and metal will eventually rust if you do not apply a protective layer as described in our FAQ.

Returns must be packed in a way that they will not be scratched or damaged during transit upon return.
